The Big Picture – How to be the change they want to see – Educational Film

The Big Picture is the brain child of Sharon Blackburn CBE who approached Flix earlier in the year with the challenge of creating an animated film that assists in bringing about a change in practice across various Health and Social care services and disciplines, by highlighting where issues in communication and integration may be occurring.

This animation has been created to support staff wherever they work to consider ‘how to be the change they want to see’.

The film was initially scripted by Abbey Kay based on the detailed feedback from Sharon and her supporters at The National Care Forum, The Florence Nightingale Foundation, Garfield Weston Foundation and NHS England. Flix is very grateful for everyone’s contribution in the making of this film.
