Bringing dance into the world of VR

Before stepping behind the camera, Flix director Leon trained as a dancer at London’s prestigious Urdang Academy. In 2017 he combined his passion for the arts and technology by capturing the viral Flashdance routine in immersive 360° VR. Originally choreographed by Paul Hack and Lindsey Sanders, the performance gained over 4 million views, while the 360° VR version has now been watched more than 44,000 times, placing audiences right at the heart of the action.
